Why Working with Savaq

Contemporary artist Savaq lives in Saint Petersburg, FL since 2005. He is a Peruvian, born and raised in Lima, Peru. A designer and painter all of his life, he holds a degree in Design and Art from Toulouse Lautrec College.

Savaq’s newer works are expressionistic, impressionistic, and somewhat surrealistic, utilizing color as a tool as much as her brush. Applying thick layers of paint, he achieves distinction with his bright, happy palette and loose painterly style that allows for the viewer’s own interpretation of the work.
